Thank you for the privilege of considering your work for Harbor Review, as well as for your patience in awaiting our reply. I'm sorry to report that we have decided not to accept your work for publication. We wish you the best of luck placing this elsewhere.
Please know that your submission was considered extensively, and we particularly enjoyed the line "[]" from the poem "[]".
