Thank you for your submission of your poems, —, for consideration for publication in the thirty-seventh online issue of Amsterdam Quarterly. Unfortunately, I was not able to include this work in AQ37.

Even though the topic of On the Move is quite broad, including subjects such as break ups, moving house, travel by car, train, ship, or plane, or the advance of climate change, etc., I could only publish a few examples of the outstanding work submitted on this theme in various genres by artists and writers.

However, I would like to assure you I have carefully read and personally assessed your submission. I am also very grateful to you for your interest in and support of Amsterdam Quarterly. AQ37 should be posted online on both websites by the end of June 2023.

AQ38’s reading period is the month of July 2023. Its theme is MACRO micro.
