Dear [Poet],

Thank you so much for your submission to Aeolian Harp-Volume Eleven. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to have read and considered your work, and we appreciate your interest in the Aeolian Harp Series. We received a large batch of entries for this edition and were able to pick only twelve folios in total. Regretfully, we're writing to let you know that your folio wasn't selected.

However, we did want to make sure you know that due to the nature of compiling folios, we are compelled to turn away a high percentage of excellent submissions; in fact, more often than not, the editors fall in love with a couple of poems in a batch but have to forego those in favor of a folio where all the poems are equally strong.

Also, as you are aware, we are committed to impartiality. Our rules stipulate that folios must be selected and approved by both our guest editor and our Aeolian Harp team.

Although your work was not chosen for this volume, we loved reading your poems and are grateful for your participation in this project.

Warm regards,

Royce Ellen Hamel Project Manager Aeolian Harp Series http://glasslyrepress.com/aeolian-harp.html
