"A literary journal from the MFA community at Antioch University Los Angeles."

Poetry rejections

Standard(?)

Lunch Ticket receives a number of excellent submissions each reading period—and while yours is one of them, it was not chosen for the current issue. This is not a reflection on your work or on your worth as a writer; our vision for the current issue of Lunch Ticket was simply different than what [title] reflects as a piece of work. As you know, rejections are never easy—for you the writer, or for us, the editors. But as you also know, they are part of what being a writer is about. We sincerely hope that you will find the right market for [title] and that you will re-submit to Lunch Ticket again.
