How are you? We really appreciated--and enjoyed--your submission. Unfortunately, we were not able to include these poems in HOOT. Remember--our entire issue is a postcard! --with a very small online component. We really are only able to publish a few pieces of writing each month, which means there will be a lot of worthy submissions that we will not be able to publish.
We welcome your submissions in the future, would love to hear any feedback--thoughts, ideas, suggestions--that you might have. Please keep checking the website--we offer free writing workshops online every Wednesday, and have just started a penpal poem postcard program.
