From a query to the editor:
At the moment we use a form note, which might change a little bit from month to month, and we add a short personal note whenever we can. Our notes try to indicate something about the story that stood out to us. We don't have tiers as such, but if we really, really liked a piece then we might say 'this one came close for us'.
