Please note I have entered my rejection as a higher tier because it was personal and requested more work. As there are no other rejections, though, for this journal, that may be standard — I don't know. Future editors feel free to bump this down to standard if that's the case. (Duotrope says 19.4% of their rejections are personal, 48.4% are form, and 32.3% are unspecified, BTW.)
