We rarely respond personally to submissions, as the number of submissions we receive makes this difficult. We know that writing is hard work, and that writers deserve proper acknowledgement. A form letter doesn't speak to that need. Please know, however, that we've read your work and appreciate your interest in the magazine. We truly and honestly thank you for thinking of us, and we encourage you to submit again in the future.</blockquote> | We rarely respond personally to submissions, as the number of submissions we receive makes this difficult. Unspecified Genre Rejections
Standard?
Thank you for sending "xxxxx" to PRISM international for our themed issue, "BAD." Unfortunately, after careful consideration and reading all the submissions we received, we will not be accepting your submission. It is worth noting that a rejection is not necessarily a reflection on the quality of your work, as there were many things that factored into our decisions regarding this issue, including the variety of ways writers interpreted this call and how best we could represent that diversity in the issue. We received many excellent submissions and are unable to publish them all.
While we can't use your work at this time, we'd like to thank you for thinking of us, and we encourage you to submit again in the future.

Thank you for sending "xxxx" to PRISM international, and for allowing us to share space in your writing and in your words. We're honoured you thought of us.
We receive many excellent submissions and, unfortunately, are unable to publish them all. As writers, we know it can be disheartening to receive a rejection, however, please note that this may not necessarily be a reflection on the quality of your work, as there are many aspects that factor into our decisions. These might include themes, topics, styles, or the composition of each issue as a whole.
We rarely respond personally to submissions, as the number of submissions we receive makes this difficult. We know that writing is hard work, and that writers deserve proper acknowledgement. A form letter doesn't speak to that need. Please know, however, that we've read your work and appreciate your interest in the magazine. We truly and honestly thank you for thinking of us, and we encourage you to submit again in the future.
